Financio is a cloud-based accounting software that helps small businesses and entrepreneurs manage their finances. Step 1: Link your Financio account to Payboy account

• Log into Payboy and click on Settings > integration on the sidebar
• Click on "Connect Financio" and you will be redirected to the Financio login page to select the correct entity that you would like to link to
• Click "Allow Access" and you will be redirected to your Payboy account

Step 2: Set up mapping for the data under Financio settings

Select your preferred options for the data sync:

• Journal status: Either Draft or Approved. For a seamless flow of information from HR to Finance, we'd recommend selecting Approved.
• Journal type: Bill information sent to Financio can be grouped by employees or pay items
• Account Mapping: The claim types and pay items in Payboy can be mapped to the relevant accounts in Financio's chart of accounts

Step 3: Generate Payroll

Find out how you can generate payroll using Payboy HR software.

Step 4: Sync to Financio

Click the "Sync to Financio" button at the bottom right corner of the payroll page. Status will change from "Processing" to "Complete" once sync is completed.

Step 5: Verify payroll data on Financio

On your Financio account, select Transactions to view the Journal Entries that are created
